At Mirvan, we take pride in crafting exceptional lab-grown diamond jewelry under the Mirvan brand. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your Mirvan jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us, and we will arrange for an inspection. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will repair it and return it to you.

Our limited lifetime warranty includes the following services:

1. Paid Center or Side Stone Tightening Service

Sometimes, the prongs holding your diamond may become loose due to everyday wear and tear. This is not indicative of poor craftsmanship, as regularly worn rings are more likely to experience this. Keeping your center and/or side stones secure is essential to prevent them from falling out.

2. Precious Metal Preservation

Precious metals require periodic maintenance to maintain their quality. Rhodium plating is an effective way to protect your precious metals from scratches and tarnish. We recommend rhodium plating your jewelry every 3-5 years.

For an annual complimentary rhodium plating service, all you need to cover is the cost of shipping and Rhodium plating. Please contact our Mirvan Customer Service Representative to arrange the plating for your Mirvan ring.

Your Warranty is Void If:

  • The product has been worked on or repaired by any party other than Mirvan.
  • The product sent for inspection is not manufactured by Mirvan.
  • You cannot provide proof and the date of purchase.
  • You exceed the valid limited lifetime warranty return timeframe.

Order Returns

How to Return an Order:

  1. Complete and submit the Return Order Request.
  2. After we receive and review your Return Order request, we will email you the return instructions.
  3. Please ship the package back following the provided instructions.
  4. Your refund will be processed within 3 – 4 business days upon receiving the return package.

Order Cancellations

How to Cancel an Order:

  • To cancel an order, contact us via email or by using the return request form. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If work has already commenced on your order, an applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged.

  • Special order items are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Items canceled or changed after production commences may incur a 5 – 7% cancellation fee.
